Others probably measure to the bottom so the stats you find here and elsewhere probably vary accordingly. Then it depends on how big your balls are... I have not always had low hangers. Been stretching for about 10 years so they hang nice now. Like better. My brothers hang close so I imagine that is the way mine looked too
