milan, why do you have to pass judgement? people are into all sorts of different stuff, I mean...look at the website you're posting on!

I do it because it is fun, and for no other reason. I already have larger than average testicles, yet when I pump them up, it feels great and it makes me happy. I don't inject saline, but even then if that is what someone is into then they should go for it. Life is to be lived, man. Even if I was an extreme pumper and pumped until I had elephant balls, what is wrong with that? It isn't hurting anyone else so if it bring you joy then it is the right thing for the spirit to do!

I don't think I'd pump or inject. The delicate circulatory system from small arteries, capillaries and the the transition to small veins going to larger ones is easily damaged. I'm afraid of blood clots in stagnant blood since the return of blood is almost null. Doing it on a penis, which depends on the circulatory system to get erect, seems very dangerous. There is also the lymph system with it's tiny vessles as it moves the body's fluids around. These tiny vessles are easily ruptured. I'm just nervous about doing it....

That is understandable, but let me just say this...not that I'm talking anyone into it or defending myself. I just wanted to put out some info...

A) you can be as minimal about it as you want, using just a slight amount of pressure

B) the body is continuously breaking down and rebuilding a new vascular system. If we didn't, we wouldn't have a very long life span.

C) regarding clots: if you are a healthy person with a properly functioning cardiovascular system, the heparin synthesized by the cells lining the vascular system should be sufficient to take care of small clots. We do this all the time with cuts, bruises and bodybuilding, etc. If the system is compromised or you have extensive damage, such as in surgery, then yes, an embolus can be life-threatening.

That would be tongkat ali, aka Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack /Malaysian Ginseng / Pasak Bumi). An aphrodisiac, but have never read it increases ball size.

One thing that does work is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. It works so well that some bodybuilders use it after a steroid cycle to restore the size of their testicles.

It worked for me, but I stopped getting it due to the cost
