I play in a bagpipe band and was at a festival. I am one of many (I believe) that go "regimental" under the kilt. Needless to say, it doesn't take much to become fully exposed when you sit. Well, after awhile I was tired and chose to sit for awhile. I plopped down and wasn't paying much attention to the fact that my family jewels were exposed. We only have two women in our group and of course the only one who got a shot of me was one of them who happens to be a bit of prude. I do try to be careful when wearing the kilt, but it just slipped out this time. Of course it was called to my attention after the event was over, but my only lament was that I wasted the shot on her instead of some guy who might have helped me out so to speak.

I've been away on vacation for a couple weeks, and while I was away I went out to eat with my family. In the restaurant, I sat on the end of the booth closest to the aisle. I was wearing shorts and letting my weights/balls hang freely. This whole week so far at work I've let them hang out of my underwear....I need underwear for my pants to have something to hold on to or they'll fall right down. I've loved feeling them all week as I go through my activities... I've been wearing very loose clothing so it's hard to tell what I have there. I guess that kind of motion you have told us will more and more visible as you balls are lower and lower. There's nothing to be done. Such is the physics law. Be cautious!
